ExpaTracking is a tracking platform provided by Expatman to allow clients to monitor the real-time status of their parcels and the progress of their administrative files. Access to this platform is exclusively reserved for clients with an active Expatman account.

2. Accuracy of Information

While Expatman strives to provide precise and real-time updates, the information displayed on ExpaTracking is provided for informational purposes only. Delivery timelines and administrative processing stages may vary due to external factors (customs, local government authorities, third-party carriers).

3. Account Use and Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.
  • In the event of a suspected security breach, the user must notify Expatman immediately.

4. Privacy and Personal Data

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, ExpaTracking processes sensitive data (identity documents, addresses, contact details). This data is encrypted and used exclusively to fulfill the logistical and administrative services requested by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Expatman shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the ExpaTracking platform. We reserve the right to temporarily interrupt the service for technical maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.

6. Intellectual Property

The interface, design, ExpaTracking logo, and tracking algorithms are the exclusive property of Expatman. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of the software is strictly prohibited.

7. Amendments to Terms

Expatman reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to comply with legal or technical updates. Users will be notified of any major changes via the application interface.
